The My Tanzania Roadshow 2026 continued in Oslo, Norway, bringing together tourism stakeholders from Tanzania and Norway to strengthen partnerships and promote Destination Tanzania in the Northern European market.
The event was officially opened by the Minister Counsellor at the Embassy of the United Republic of Tanzania in Sweden, Mr. Malik Shafi Hassan, who welcomed tour agents and highlighted Tanzania’s diverse tourism attractions, encouraging international partners to explore and promote the country as a leading travel destination in Africa.
Tour agents from Norway met with Tanzanian tour operators and key tourism institutions including the Tanzania Tourist Board, Tanzania National Parks, and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area Authority, showcasing Tanzania’s world-class wildlife safaris, iconic national parks, and coastal experiences including Zanzibar, famously known as the Spice Island, celebrated for its white sandy beaches, turquoise waters, and rich cultural heritage.
