YOUNG PEOPLE who have given up hope in life can have a better economy than those who grew up in a good economic environment if they accept themselves and use the opportunities around them well.



 The opinion was given yesterday in the hall of Igoda orphans in Mufindi district in Iringa region by a trainer of entrepreneurship training for 100 young people of the Mufindi Youth Organization (YAM) project. it is always. those who have not achieved greater economic success than those who grew up in families with good economic power.


He said that in order for young people to be successful in life, they must believe in themselves first and forget all problems and devote themselves to work.


The trainer said that through the special training to build capacity in the field of entrepreneurship, it will enable the young people to improve the ideas that some of them have had in order to become an entrepreneur, you must have money in hand when you are an entrepreneur. entrepreneur without starting money.


"In many rural areas, there are many opportunities to do something that is basically one of capital for someone who wants to be an entrepreneur, so if the parties get rid of the misconceptions of relying on money to move forward in life," he said.


 In order for young people to be able to understand that it is a misconception, they must first recognize and believe in themselves before starting an entrepreneurial activity, which they should remember and after starting, they start the second process of applying for loans to improve their respective entrepreneurship. activity.


However, he said that through the land they have in the villages, whether it belongs to the family or their own, it may be a project that does not require large financial capital other than the need for manual labor.


He said that for young people, the biggest capital is the land that already exists in their families for daughters who start with ususi which is also an entrepreneurship that one can start with innovative ideas.


On the part of the participants of the training, Sifuni Mdemu and Agatha Chumi said that the training shows them the light of life and that they see themselves differently from the beginning of the training and their belief in being the best example for society.


Yam Zilipa's project manager said the training is a continuation of various trainings that young people from three wards of Mufindi district have been benefiting from.


Even from the research conducted in those villages, it shows that the YAM project has brought a great revolution in the difficult environment in the villages of the respective ward.


He said the training involves 100 young people including 32 members of the Committee for the Protection and Safety of Rural Children (VCPC).


Because he said that some of them have avoided the habit of winning in Vijiweni and even those who depended on their lives by going to the cities to do local work are now based in Vijiweni to do their activities.  He said that in the 10-day training that started yesterday at the Orphanage Hall, Igoda village in Mufindi district, with the participation of the young people, some of them are those who stopped studying due to various challenges in life, including daughters who stopped studying due to childhood pregnancies, they have started to realize themselves.


 He said the aim of the training is to build the capacity of more than 770 young people including 150 orphans from the three counties who will all be connected to the 16 villages of the project.


He said that the YAM project is for four years from 2021/2024 and has been funded by the government of Filands under its Ushemasi institution in collaboration with the government of Tanzania under the Mufindi District Council and the institution of the Society of Foxes and Wildlife Park.


Mufindi Council is one of the three Districts of Iringa Region that have had challenges with young people and children in difficult environments and through the government and various development stakeholders have continued to empower these young people, District projects have been implemented that enable them to take. stages of development.
